In February 2025, the total trade volume between Taiwan and ASEAN countries were 12.129 billion US dollars. The total exports from Taiwan to ASEAN were 7.699 billion US dollars, while the total imports from ASEAN to Taiwan were 4.430 billion US dollars. In comparison to February 2024, total trade volume between Taiwan and ASEAN countries has increased by 27.58%, while Taiwan’s export to ASEAN countries experienced a 17.27% increase and Taiwan’s import from ASEAN countries increased by 50.59% Singapore ranks the highest amongst ASEAN countries with a total trade volume of 3.910 billion US dollars (Taiwan’s export to Singapore were 2.928 billion US dollars while Taiwan’s import from Singapore were 0.982 billion US dollars). Malaysia is the second highest with a total trade volume of 3.321 billion US dollars (Taiwan’s export to Malaysia were 2.128 billion US dollars while Taiwan’s import from Malaysia were 1.193 billion US dollars).
